Eight days in the Sacred Valley of Peru, in the heart of the Andes. Daily yoga, mindfully curated excursions through the valley, and a guided day at Machu Picchu, with Hotel La Casona de Yucay as our home.

Anne Nungaray & Synergy invite you on a journey to Peru.

From our home at Casona Yucay, surrounded by the splendor of the Andes, we will enjoy a week of mindfully curated excursions that offer enriching experiences throughout the Sacred Valley: local markets and ceramics, a lagoon by kayak, a waterfall hike, the Maras salt flats, Inca weaving in Chinchero, and Machu Picchu.

Mornings begin with yoga. Meals are nourishing and shared. Evenings come back to the house, with a pool, a jacuzzi and therapeutic massages waiting.
